A day of weddingness and cheeeeese!

Happy Monday! Hope your day is going ok, and your weekend was a fab one! We had a lovely weekend. We spent Saturday being complete lazy gits, and stayed wallowing on the sofa 'jabba the hut' stylee, watching terrible television that we won't even admit to watching, and eating the contents of the fridge.

On Sunday, we dressed up posh, and attended Brixham's very own and first wedding fayre! It was an amazing day, with all sorts of music - choirs, violin players, guitar players and even a young girl who sang all on her own and gave us goosebumps. She was amazing.

There were lots of unique local businesses there, all showcasing what they had to offer future bride and grooms, and as you will see from the photos, all the services and products were amazing! I loved all the stalls, but the stall I loved the best was the 'West Country Deli' stall, as they had an actual three tier wedding cake, made of cheese! CHEESE!!! How amazing is that!

The wedding fayre was located at 'The Edge' on Brixham, and all the people who helped organised and set up the event, worked so hard to make it look all 'weddingy' and beautiful.

We met a lovely lady at the fayre called Jane, and she runs a mobile fun casino! www.cremedelacreme.co.uk

'Rosey Posey Creations 'offer a unique and beautiful floral headband and crown service! You can find them on facebook and twitter!
What a beautiful stall! These lovely ladies offer a photography service. The photos were amazing and really natural, www.memoriesmilestones.co.uk

There were two catwalks during the day, and the models were all lovely local people, wearing vintage and used wedding dresses, for an affordable wedding day! They all looked beautiful and 'Shells Beauty' who did all the hair and make up did some fantastic hair styles!

The amazing cheeeeeeese wedding cake! Nom! www.the-west-country-deli.co.uk

Our fab friends from 'Mr Sweet' were there, and even gave out FREE SWEETS! I love them so much. ;) www.mrsweetvintage.co.uk

Oh yes - we were there too! There is lovely Jim ready to help!

Wedding fayre selfie! BOOM!

I'm not sure what we were doing here, but I think I was eating a very nice 'Millie and Me' toastie. www.millieandme.co.uk

Another dodgy photo of us...again not sure what we were up to....!

It was a great day, and yet again Brixham pulled together as a community to create another wonderful event. How lucky we are, to love in such a beautiful town, with such lovely people. Maybe we should marry Brixham? Can we have a cheese wedding cake if we do?!!? X
